Products are selected based on the mechanism of increasing performance and productivity in animals, commensurate with the animal’s type, age, and gender. Each mixture is studied to ensure balance and homogeneity in the composition of the ingredients. The appropriate storage level in the warehouse is also ensured before the final product is shipped to the customer.

Packaging and packaging are carried out in the laboratory according to quality standards and in the best packaging suitable for the product. Upon receiving any complaint from our customers,

the complaints handling team works to resolve the complaint by: Analyzing the complaint and referring to the product code to verify its safety. In addition, the team visits the customer to verify the correct method of storing the product in the customer’s warehouse. They also ensure the appropriate dosage is used when mixing it with the feed or providing it to the animal via water, for example. We also study the ideal conditions in the barns, such as the cleanliness of the water tanks or feed mixing areas in the feeders. We also ensure the quality of the feed by studying its basic components, such as proteins and energy (depending on the feed mixture).
